*It's a lovely warm spring day and Yuma can be found in the shopping district of Domino City, looking in a shop window. The shop itself seems to be a rather girly shop with lots of cute items on display.
He sighs and rubs his head, looking a bit lost with it all.*

*Then he seems to recognise who he's talking too and... completely gets distracted from what he was originally saying*

Hey, aren't you that Pro-Duelist, er, Escher... I think??

Oh wow!! I didn't think I'd get to bump into a Pro-Duelist while here!! This is awesome!

*It seems he gets easily distracted.*

Well, I do live in this area. It shouldn't be too surprising, right?

So why were you looking into this store?

I'm looking for a birthday present for my girlfriend!! It's her birthday in a couple of weeks.

She's into super cute stuff like this, but... I have no clue when it comes to this stuff.

Ah! I see. How cute that you're looking at stores like this for her, then.

Well, I guess the easiest point to start at is if there's anything you know she likes.

Hmmm, well... I think she'd like most of this stuff, I guess...

*He thinks for a moment.*

I mean, I guess she likes cute accessories and such, y'know, like hairclips and ribbons... stuff like that, she does have a lot of stuff like that already though...

*The window seems to have some cute little jewellery and keepsake boxes on display, decorated with cute things such as hearts, stars, butterflies ect.*

Well... Are there any animals and the sort she likes?

Well... butterflies, birds, kittens... she likes stuff like that!

Hnmm...

Well, why not something made of glass? One of those small blown glass sculptures.

Ooh! That's a great idea!! I'm sure she'd like something like that!

Er.. *He pauses for a moment.*
... how much are those things, usually...? They're not like... super expensive or anything, right?

It depends on the size and quality, but something small like a bird of a butterfly shouldn't cost too much.

Usually depending on the store and what you want, it's between 1000 yen to 3000 yen.

Oh hey! That's not bad at all!! And I know she's definitely not got anything like that either!

I really wanted to make sure to get her something special this year, cos we kiiinda ended up not really getting to celebrate her birthday much last year and I wasn't able to get her anything then either.

Ah! Right, you're pretty high up on the rankings right now, right? You actually got past Garum and Landrobe... Though I don't think you've dueled either of them yet.

Yeah, that's right! I've been working really hard to keep myself up in the rankings! But you're right that I haven't dueled either of them yet!

Are those two guys friends of yours?

[crystaline]

Oh, I'm legally their acting guardian.

Garum especially, since Landrobe is staying at Duel Academy.

[kattobingore]

Oh, you're their guardian? Neat!

I should probably duel them at some point!

You should! I'd love to see how you could handle against the both of them.

I might even come to watch then, if I can find the time.
