Kotori and I will be spending the New Year in Heartland with our families. Hope's coming along too! My parents are going to be visiting from the Astral World and Kotori's parents will both be coming over to the house New Years Eve. It's gonna be a lot of fun!
After what this year has thrown at us, especially at Kotori, I think the downtime with family is gonna be something that'll be good for us both.

You have any plans for next year?

Honestly, right now I think any plans we have is just to continue slowly bringing things back to normal. Kotori's doing much better and is looking at starting her business back up after the New Year.
Other than that, we've mostly just been facing each day as it comes lately.
But I hope you and Koyo have a great New Year too!!

... I think I really want to get a driver's license test done, next year. Learning how to use those gate things the Barians use to get around's one thing, but it'd be exciting to go across Japan by driving, you know?
I really hope you and Mizuki-san get things back on track for yourselves!

Hey! I think that's a great idea! I guess there's something you can only really get from travelling around in your own car and seeing the sights.
Gotta admit, Kotori and I have kinda had small conversations about one of us learning to drive one day, but I don't think we're really in a position right now to do so and it's not something we really super need right now anyway.
But, man, road trips sound so fun!
Thanks, man. We're getting there gradually!

Our father is coming home for the New Year, so my brothers and I will be spending time together as a family too.
It's something I didn't get to do last year, with how I was, so I want to make the most of it this year.
I hope you and Kotori are doing well.

Man, that's awesome that your dad is coming home!
And yeah, we're doing okay! Just taking everything a step at a time.
