*You can find Yuma either at:

A) Sat on a bench at the Domino City Plaza.
B) Sat on a patch of grass outside SAI, near to the Spirit House.

In both locations he seems to be scrolling intently through something on his D-Pad. He is up for being interrupted for a conversation though!*

*He glances up, looking puzzled and a bit concerned, before he stands and wanders over to investigate the noise.*

*you find someone pretty familiar, tangled up in the watering hose as he slooooowly tries to figure out how to untangle himself.

You're pretty sure what must've happened, but it's really surprising to see him here all the same! ... a-and in this mess.*

Shirou??

*He's surprised at first to see him, but he then smiles and slowly approaches.*

Let me help you with that, bud.

*With that, he starts to help untangle him from the hose.*

Oh-- Yuma! I almost didn't recognize you, it's been a while since I'd last sensed you.

*he allows you to help, since he's, uh. definitely not making much progress, even as he tries to get himself up.*

Sorry for... Dropping in unannounced, I guess.

*Yuma is able to quickly untangle him from the mess.*

It really has been a while since we last met! How are you doing?

Oh, you know, getting by pretty well. I admittedly keep ending up in places I'm not really sure about. I keep meeting that scratchy person on that other island-- Failnaught, I think it is? He's been having me help out a little with sensing things, before getting me back to the school.

*dusting himself off as he gets up*

Fortune Tune kinda tends to make a lot of noise when I vanish like that for too long, though...

Ahh... I'm assuming that being here at SAI is a place that you've ended up in that you aren't sure about? Because that's where we are at the moment.

I'm glad Failnaught is helping you out when you end up on the Barian island though! Sounds like you're helping him out too!

Yes, he seems very thankful for the assistance. He isn't a very... Talkative person? But I'm always happy to help, even if that scratchiness gives me a bit of a headache.

*trying to "look" around*

So this is "SAI"? I don't think I've been there before... I can sense a lot in that direction, vaguely. *pointing. That's where the Spirit House is, yes.*

Oh, yeah! That's the Spirit House! It's a place at SAI where they house lots of little Duel Spirits and stuff!

Oh, I didn't know there was a place like that, here. When you say "little"...

Yeah they're mostly small, animal-like spirits. They're super fun and super people friendly too!

So I guess you're saying that they'd even be friendly towards me, right?

Of course!

Hmn...

*He walks over to the door of the Spirit House and tries it.
It opens.*

You wanna check it out?

*... does have to step back a moment when you open the door, since there's. some buffer on what he's sensing, when it's through buildings. But he quickly gets his bearings back.*

Oh-- oh, yes, I'd like to, of course.

Oh, before we do I should send a message to Kotori... *He's silent for a moment, but you here the beeping of him typing on a digital keyboard as he writes out a message on his D-Pad.*
...I'm meeting here here at SAI once her training session ends, so I'll tell her to come meet me at the Spirit House.

Aaand done! *Once he hits 'send' he clips the D-Pad back onto his belt.*

Heh, ready when you are, then.

*he pauses a moment* Though, ah... I certainly hope I didn't interrupt either of you planning anything, in particular. I did sorta crash in... in a literal and figurative sense, I guess.

Oh! Nah! We just decided to meet up since I was around the area anyway!

*With that, he leads Shirou into the Spirit House.
There's a lot of playful and excited energy in there as they enter, but he may also feel a sense of rather serene surroundings. The temperature in there is warm, but comfortable. There are very ambient sounds, from the sound of a small waterfall into a tricking stream, or the sounds of some of the spirits.

You can sense some of the spirits approaching, curiously investigating their visitors*

*he's very careful. thankfully there's a lot of plantlife, so he can sorta tell where he is now in regards to the building, but he's being slow and steady as the spirits approach, trying to not move too much so he doesn't startle them*

*You sense one curiously getting close to you and eventually, it seems to nuzzle it's head against your hand.
It feels very soft.*

Oh! That one is Valerifawn!

*Seeing Valerifawn's reaction gives the other spirits more courage to come closer too.*

Valerifawn? So I assume it looks somewhat like... a deer? *rubbing his hand on its' head, petting.*

Yeah, it's a deer with like... grass and flowers on it!

*Valerifawn lets out a little squeak of joy. It seems to enjoy the pets.
As the spirits surround them, Rainbow Kuriboh appears from behind Yuma, and flies over to join the others.*

Haha! You wanna play too, Rainbow Kuriboh?

*well at least it enjoys it. He... SORTA has an approximate idea of what a deer looks like, at least.

... the Kuriboh, less so.*

Oh yeah! It's my Duel Spirit buddy!

It er... *He rubs his head. How does he even describe it??* ... I guess it's kinda like a ball with, like, little shark fins and a diamond kinda shape on it's forehead that's rainbow coloured.

So it's all different types of colors, then...

Do you mind if I can feel? I think I'd have a better idea of how your friend might look, then.

*He turns to Rainbow Kuriboh who's playing with another spirit on the floor.*

Hey, bud. Come here for a sec.

*Rainbow Kuriboh chirps out a happy 'Kurii~' and jumps into Yuma's arms. Yuma then holds Rainbow Kuriboh out towards Shirou so he can feel it.*
