A) Sat on a bench at the Domino City Plaza.
B) Sat on a patch of grass outside SAI, near to the Spirit House.

In both locations he seems to be scrolling intently through something on his D-Pad. He is up for being interrupted for a conversation though!*

Well, I guess there isn't really any other ways for you to get her there now that I think about it, huh.

You know, actually, maybe I could just give you a ride over to the island on the airship.

But it's not like grabbing a boat is a huge problem.

I might as well give you guys a ride over! Hope and I don't really get to use the airship that often anyway!

But yeah, other than helping out the odd friend and Hope teaching me how to work the thing, we don't really get to use it much.
Seems kinda a shame to be honest. I mean, the Astrals have never asked for it back, so I guess it's fine for me and Hope to keep it and do with it what we like.

After a few minutes, you definitely feel 'something' is looming over you, but there seems to be nothing there.*
