B) Sat on a patch of grass outside SAI, near to the Spirit House.

In both locations he seems to be scrolling intently through something on his D-Pad. He is up for being interrupted for a conversation though!*

I've never really dealt with a sheep before, so I'm not sure how the catch one.
Let alone one with a jet pack...

*But when he realises that he's not going to outrun a sheep wearing a jet pack, he dives to the ground to try and avoid it.*
