[Slightly Late Dream Event Post]

*Oh Yuma, always late to everything!

Due to the lingering effects of Cosmo Queen, you may find yourself stood on a ledge sticking out from the side of a large mountain. If you look over the side, you can't see the bottom of this towering cliff nor a way down, but if you look up, you can see the top a long way up above you. While looking up, you may spot what appears to be a young teenage boy who is climbing the side of the mountain, no safety harness or anything. Above him, at the top of the cliff, is the shadowy figure of someone else. You can tell by the build that this other person is male, but he is also shouting to the young boy, giving him encouragement.

"Keep going! Kattobing, Yuma!!"

Despite how the boy is obviously struggling to climb towards the man, the encouragement does seem to help him a great deal as his climbing beings to speed up, but as the boy reaches up with his left hand to climb further, the part of the cliff he has his hand of suddenly breaks away and the boy yells as he begins to fall.

Normally, this is where he'd wake up, but today he has YOU there and whether you know this is a dream or not, you can do whatever you want to help save Yuma. Call out a duel monster, fly, whatever takes your fancy.

Better save him soon though, he's falling fast!*

*You bet I will!
Yuma sees the hand and he quickly grabs hold of it to try and break his fall.*

::Who has the hand appears to be you, but... darker, with a purple 96 swirling around in black eyes.::

Isn't this a bit too reckless?

*Now Yuma doesn't know whether he should of taken his chance with the bottom of the cliff, this is WAY creepy.*

...who are you...?

... That's a bit of a difficult question to answer.

::They laugh with a really off distorted chuckle, as they try to hoist you up.::

I'm trying to think of something myself.

::The 9 and 6 just keep... spinning in their eyes.::

So... you don't know yourself...? Why do you look like me?

*Although wary, Yuma allows himself to be pulled up into the cliff ledge, but as soon as he does, he moves a slight distance away from them.*

... I am a shadow, a very old shadow... perhaps I look like you because you are the only thing I can trail at the moment is you.

::Pause. Chuckles eeriely again.::

That and a pillar of darkness with glowing silver and gold eyes isn't much better.

::Taps their chin.::

So why are you climbing this mountain like this?

*Yuma looks at them with a confused look on his face. He has no idea what any of that means at all.*

I was just trying to get to... *He breaks off as realization hits him. He instantly looks up towards the top of the mountain.* ...dad? DAD!!

*Yuma's calls echo around them, but are met with silence. There is no longer anyone at the top of the cliff. Yuma remains looking up for a short while, before eventually glancing away, looking almost heartbroken.*

::Starts climbing up.::

H-hey..! *Yuma begins to climb up after them.* ...why are you climbing?

... To see who was up there that you wanted to see.

::Grins a bit eerily as well.::

*Yuma sees the grin and feels a little more on edge. If his dad IS up there, he really doesn't want this guy to get to him first, who knows who this guy really is...
With a renew of determination, Yuma begins climbing faster in order to try and reach the top first.*

KATTOBING, ORE!!!!

... What does that mean?

::They climb up behind you, a bit slower than you.::

*well Yuma, this might seem weird to you.

But you swear that water just broke your fall. Namely a sudden upsurge of water softening the blow, and then receding enough that, well. You still fall, but it's nothing dangerous, and not nearly as much of a drop as you were about to experience.

Before you manage to get a grip on what was going on though, you notice that this guy with glasses is there, looking concerned*

Are you alright...!?

*Yuma looks up and looks incredibly confused.*

Er... yeah! I'm okay just... *He looks around, obviously he was expecting himself to be a pancake on the floor by now. How'd he survive? Sudden feeling of water and then he's...here?*

[seaandsky]

*he reaches out a hand to help you up despite your confusion*

That looked dangerous. You're not hurt or anything, right? You seem sorta. Disoriented.

[kattobingore]

*Yuma takes his hand and allows himself to be helped up.*

I'm okay!! It just... felt kinda like I was saved by water or something...

[seaandsky]

*And then pulled...! He looks up at the cliff, blinking*

Water? That must've been some fortunate water, then... Why were you climbing up a cliff?

[kattobingore]

I was just trying to reach...
*A realization hits Yuma and he looks up at the top of the cliff.*
...dad. DAD?
*Yuma seems to wait for a response, but he looks sad when there isn't one.*

[seaandsky]

... You were trying to reach your father?

*he keeps trying to look, looking saddened*

... Why isn't he there?

[kattobingore]

DAD! DAAAD!

*Yuma's voice echos around them loudly. If anyone was up there, they would of heard it, but still no response.*

I was sure he was there...

[seaandsky]

... maybe. Maybe he thinks you're going to be able to catch up with him? *though he doesn't seem too sure on that...*

[kattobingore]

Of course! That has to be it, right!?

*It's difficult to tell if Yuma actually believes this, or if he's just fooling himself into believing it.*

Even though I fell, I should just try and try again until I get to the top, then my dad will be there for sure!! KATTOBING!!

*Yuma begins to try and climb the cliff again. Though if you look around, Shinji, maybe you'll see an easier way up, even if it seems to come out of nowhere.*

[seaandsky]

Wha-- h-hey! Why not go up that way, instead?

*he gestures to the easier way. it does look easier. ... why wasn't it around, before?*

*Yuma stops and looks over to where he's pointing. There appears to be some sort of rock formations that looks a lot like stairs leading up towards the top of the cliff.*

Oh, haaah, I didn't see that there before! Up we go!

*Yuma runs towards the "stairs" and starts running up them. Normally he would of taken the more difficult way to challenge himself, but he mostly just wants to see if his dad is at the top.*
